Steven has worked with the founder and owner since 2008, a key member of the management team, Steven helped grow S3i into one of the UK’s leading smartphone recyclers before exit to the worlds largest recycler in September 2011 in a £20M exit.

Steven has extensive expertise setting up new manufacturing production lines, developing new processes and designing quality management systems.

Steven joined Tomo in 2015 from start-up and helped grew the business to 30 staff.
